We’ve lived in the Triangle of North Carolina since 2009. We purchased our first home in 2013. Our search in three parts: here, here, here. We purchased our second, and current, home (in the same neighborhood!) in 2025. I haven’t written too much about our new home yet, but here’s a bit about our first home:
