Felt mistletoe

28 November 2012

Friends, I kid you not, I have considered buying felt mistletoe for the past three years. Will 2012 be the year this cheery stuff makes it across my doorstep? Only time will tell. In the meantime, here’s my round-up of current options for you (and me).

Clockwise from top left: Sugarboo Farms — 6.5″ long ($14) | Wisteria set of three — approximately 6-7″ long ($19) | Pod — 6″ long ($15) | Gardener’s Supply — 9″ long ($10)

Warning: This stuff sells out fast every year. You heard it here first!

Wow I love this! I have never heard of it before, but I just bought one since I’m having an Ugly Christmas Sweater party this year and I would love to use this as a prop for the photo booth I’m creating. :) Thanks!

I may have just bought the one from Gardner’s Supply…and will probably be mocked for my holiday cheer by my grinchy fiance! What a great idea! Thanks for sharing :)

Do it! We picked up one that looks a lot like the one from Wisteria while we were shopping in the Old Port this weekend – it’s lovely!

I have cut out little felt mistletoe leaves until I was sure my fingers were going to fall off. But hanging one up made all the work worth it! There’s actually one headed towards your offices…snatch it up!

do it! I would do the one with the dog in the picture. I wish I could have real mistletoe but alas, pets.

You’re not kidding about it selling out fast! My mom loves this and I always forget until too late in the year…maybe next year!

That is such a sweet idea! Thank you for pointing this out, I’ve never heard about these before, but I’ll be sure to get one (or maybe make one) this year.

Firstly, I love this blog. It is the perfect contrast to my day job as a criminal lawyer! Inspired by this post I have just bought some felt mistletoe http://www.notonthehighstreet.com. I love it and even my husband thought it was cute.
