Classic and romantic
I loved weddings long before I started planning my own, and happily, I still love them, a year and a half later. I still consume lots of wedding inspiration daily, and in addition to the color-coded images I catalog on Pinterest to help with inspiration boards, I also still add to my “personal” wedding board. It’s the one where I stored the inspiration for our wedding when I was actively planning it, and it’s still where I keep my very favorite bits. I thought it would be fun to share a few of the pins I’ve added over the last few months — the pieces that would be inspiring my wedding today, if I still had one in front of me!

So to summarize, I like all things classic and romantic, and I like tulle. A lot. Also, little sleeves. It’s fun to see how many echoes of our actual wedding there are in this post!
How would you describe your wedding style? What are you drawn to over and over?
P.S. Taken as a whole, this wedding is by far one of my favorites I’ve seen in a while. Exactly my style!
Tulle is just THE BEST. I’m in love with the first picture and the second to last one, oh my they are wonderful!!
So lovely! I also still find myself pinning beautiful wedding images!
All the flowers were especially beautiful.
I love everything about this post! Such gorgeous details!
Every single one of these pictures is marvelous! I have very, very similar wedding taste to you, and most all of these pictures have been in my wedding folders (and pins)for a while. I used to think I loved only all-lace wedding dresses and even scoffed at tulle, but that first picture you posted completely changed my mind when I first saw it many months ago! Stunning, inspiring post!
I promise I’m not a stalker, but I pinned tons of your pins yesterday on Pinterest :)
Beautiful post! I am enjoying actively pinning for my upcoming wedding — so much so that I don’t like to think about the day when there will be no more wedding to plan for! It’s nice to know I can still happily pin after that day :) I thought of your post re. gifts for gents the other day, when I saw that Google purchased Nest. I guess John was ahead of the curve when he thought the Nest thermometer was the next big thing!
I love these Emily! I put together my first wedding post this week that I posted today. It was so much fun to gather some of my favorite recent finds, including darling drink stirrers from your Etsy shop. Thank you for sharing these!
I thought flowers would be the least of my concerns, but as I’ve started planning my wedding I find they are all I look at! Soft, pretty flowers bring so much to the feel of the day. These bouquets are absolutely beautiful!
You always have such gorgeous posts! Definitely loving #3 as well as the boutonnieres and (of course) that cake!
Uhm these are ALL just the prettiest!!
