Love love LOVE this baby announcement, designed by Jamie Tallerico and printed by Sycamore Street Press. The handwritten type is so classic and sophisticated but still fun, and the bowtie is a dapper little touch. Bravo!

After the response to my Minted post, I feel more comfortable talking about all things holiday cards since I know a few of you are thinking about them, as well! My family used Shutterfly for our holiday photo cards last year, and we were very pleased! Quick turnaround, pretty designs to choose from, and excellent customer service. The best part? Since we’re lucky enough to now have gorgeous family photos from Jenna Cole and & Unlimited, our send-outs are going to look good no matter which design we pick!
Here are a few of my favorites:

Starlight Joy, from $1.91. I generally prefer the flat v. folded designs, but this one was too simple + pretty to pass up.

Holiday Window, from $1.75

Pretty Package, from $1.75

Christmas 2010, from $1.75

Swirl Greetings, from $1.75
I even doctored a few to see how they might look with our chosen photo…

Peace and Joy, from $1.75

Partridge Pear Tree, from $1.75

Swirls and Dots, from $1.75
What do you think? Which is your favorite?
Ed note: Shutterfly is providing me with 50 free cards as compensation for this post, but the sentiment is all my own. As I said, my family used Shutterfly for our holiday cards last year, and are thrilled to do so again! Bloggers, if you’re interested in hashing out a similar deal, click here.

Is anyone else thinking about Christmas cards yet? I’ve been collecting supplies here and there for mine, but in the meantime I’ve been looking for inspiration. Minted has it in spades, and I think if I was sending out a photo card I would choose one of their designs. So lovely, and I love that they’re all made by independent designers! Here are a few of my favorites:

by frooted design, from $1.58 each

by sydney newsom, from $1.58 each

by stacey day, from $1.58 each

by cococello, from $1.63 each
Which design is your favorite?

I die. Is this not the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen?
And look at Socks’ cute (foxy?!) little girlfriend, Suzette:

I repeat: someone please have a baby so I can buy you one of these. Blabla desperately wants some of my money.
