Since I don’t like when bloggers leave me hanging after posting a query, I thought I’d update y’all on my TOMS situation. I am now the proud owner of a pair of gold herringbone classics! You may recall that I was waffling between the gold herringbone, gold glitter, navy, and ash. I was happy to have someone else decide for me — these were a Christmas present from J’s parents! I must say, after wearing them for a month or so, I am loving the gold. For anyone who’s considering buying them, I would wholeheartedly approve — they are super comfortable, and fit true to size. Plus, they help a great cause!

Who’s ready for some warm-weather color? Me! Both of these bright beauties are from Victoria’s Secret.

The best part is that you could pair a cardigan and a pair of black leggings or tights with either of these and have a great transitional outfit until the weather catches up!

Even though we’re only in the first week of December, if you have exciting New Year’s Eve plans now is probably a good time to start thinking about an outfit. With all the bustle of Christmas, it’s easy to forget to pull something together until December 26… which could easily end up being too late to find something cute :) I was browsing Modcloth the other day and loved all their neutral picks. I’ve ordered from them before, and, as fair warning, their dresses tend to be on the short side, but the good thing is that in winter, you can totally patch up any shortcomings (har har) with tights or leggings. My favorites:

Which is your favorite?

Took me long enough, but I’m ready to get on the Toms bandwagon. Granted, it’s a pretty good bandwagon to get on: for every pair of shoes purchased, Toms will donate a pair of new shoes to a child in need. The only decision left? Which color to buy.
Should I go glam, with either the gold herringbone or gold glitter?

Or should I go more basic, with either the navy or ash?

Thoughts? Do you have a pair of Toms? Do you like them?
