Hi, all! We’re back from Charleston and feeling relaxed and refreshed after a week away! I have so much I’d like to share with you, including details about the food we ate (delicious!), the things we did (saw dolphins!), and the places we went. I thought we might end the week with this absolutely delicious recipe for Black Bean Pizza. John made it for the first time a few weeks ago, and it’s been a menu staple ever since! Hint: don’t leave out the limes — they add a crucial flavor kick.
